Personalment em sembla prou divertid cuinar, al principi l'elaboració de qualsevol plat per sencill que siga pot resultar caòtica. Però amb el temps se'n apren i es disfruta cuinant.

Ja teniu ací un altra recepta. Segur que aquestos nadals heu tingut algun ratet per cuinar. I ara que venen exàmens heu d'alimentar-vos bé! Ja estem ací de nou. Aquesta setmana venim amb un plat molt saludable! Així que els amants (entre els que m'incloc) de les verdures prengau nota.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(la foto no està disponible, però en breu espere poder penjar-la)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ELABORACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tallar les verdures&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Saltejar-les&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Batre els ous&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Col.locar les verdures al modle de cilicona( o recipient per al forn)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Abocar l'ou batud&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Clavar al forn uns 15 minuts aprox&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTS: 3-4 persones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Espinacs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Albergina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pebrot verd&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pebrot roig&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bolets&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Carabasseta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;(Pots utilitzar totes les verdures que vulgues)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ous&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oli&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;mmmm!!!
